- Remaining payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery
- We reserve the right to pause work on any project where payment is overdue

- Taxes (GST) will be applied as applicable under Indian law
6. Project Delivery and Timelines
We commit to delivering projects within agreed timelines. However, delays caused by the client — such as late content submission, delayed approvals, or scope changes — may affect the delivery schedule. Jeelaga Web Developers will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
7. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Any major change in project scope after work has commenced will require a revised proposal and agreement.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as strictly confidential. We will not share, disclose, or sell any client information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Advertising on This Website
